KP School of Dance Artwork

Description

KP School of Dance came to Kari K Design with the idea of using a female dancer in a hoop and a circus theme for their big annual production.
 

They were presented with several options for the name of the event, with supporting graphics and typography to emphasize the circus theme.
 

The interweaving type and illustration was created as vector artwork to allow scaling for multiple uses—from printed programs to two-color screenprinted shirts, to a custom laser-cut stencil used to project the image on stage before the show began. Every detail worked together to create an atmosphere
of fun and mystery for all ages.
